New Video! Master-Class Monday: “Entry Level Short / Tight-Line Nymphing”

There are varieties of short & tightline nymphing out there. Many people are intimidated to give it a try because of the elitist sounding aura about it. There’s nothing further from the truth – it’s just a tactic used in fly fishing that anyone with good approach to the water can be successful with – and it can be bloody effective in certain situations and locations. It isn’t for all waters or habitats but used in shelving riffles and runs it can be vacuum cleaner-like effectiveness. Let’s have a look at the ease of set up and ease of implementation to get you in the water, capable with some poise & confidence to get you to take a more serious look at it.

    Dave,
    Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. Being out in nature and Fly fishing is so healing to the human spirit no matter if you catch fish or not. But it sure is an added benefit to have the knowledge of the game like you share so we can get Fish into the net.
